This course introduces fundamental approaches for managing business operations in the fields of process and project management. Students will develop skills which will enable them to define, scope, schedule, and manage projects and associated tasks; to analyze processes to ensure quality and create value; and to manage the flow of information, products, and/or services across a network of customers, employees, and stakeholders. This course focuses on practical application through hands-on project leadership and case studies which will support students’ ability to analyze real world problems, identify possible solutions, and manage the appropriate changes to achieve organizational performance goals.
